Pricing

Razviel has two plans, Core and Custom. Core is the base plan. Custom is Core with more AI resolutions, more Human Nodes, or both. Prices are monthly, in U.S. dollars, and exclude taxes.

Core

Core costs US$5,900 a month and includes:

• 7,000 AI resolutions a month — tickets the AI resolves on its own;
• 1 Human Node serving your brand.

There is no plan with AI only. Every plan starts from Core, with at least one Human Node.

Custom

Custom adds capacity to Core in steps:

• US$700 for each additional 1,000 AI resolutions a month;
• US$3,500 for each additional Human Node.

How a Custom price is built

A Custom price is Core plus its steps:

• Price = US$5,900 + US$700 × each additional 1,000 AI resolutions + US$3,500 × each additional Human Node.

The first Human Node is part of Core, so the charge per Human Node starts with the second.

What every plan includes

• The AI answers around the clock, on every plan, Core included.
• Human coverage runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Eastern Time, the same model for every brand. See Human coverage hours.
• Only AI resolutions count against your plan. A ticket that goes to a Human Node or to your team does not. See Your AI resolution allowance.
• When the allowance is used up, tickets go to your helpdesk. New tickets that month go to your own team. Razviel publishes no overage rate, and your invoice is the price of your plan.

No hidden fees

You pay what you signed up for, and not a cent more. There is no setup fee, no per-seat fee and no charge for tickets that go to your helpdesk. There is no surprise overage: added capacity starts only when you choose it in Billing. You can cancel anytime.

Trials run on Core

A free trial always runs on Core. Custom opens once your first invoice is paid. See The free trial.

Changes to your plan

Once your first invoice is paid, you can add or remove AI resolutions and Human Nodes. More AI resolutions apply and are invoiced the moment you confirm them. An increase that adds a Human Node applies, and is invoiced, when the Human Node is in place — until then nothing is charged and you can cancel the request — and a request that adds both moves as one. A reduction applies at the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is credited back. How to make each change is described in Add or remove capacity.
