Your dashboard tabs

Your dashboard opens its tabs as you move along your path. A tab that does not apply to your current step stays closed, and it opens on its own when you reach the step that needs it.

Always open

  • Overview — where you start, with your next step at the top.
  • Settings — platform certification: Operational Clearance, training with Aria and the Sandbox exam.
  • Support — help with the platform, from Aria.

Your Profile is not a tab. You open it from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar, at any step.

While you certify on the platform

Only Overview, Settings and Support are open. The other tabs open after you pass the Sandbox exam.

When you are ready for a brand

  • Pool — the open positions at brands.
  • Opportunities — extra modules. See Extra modules.

While you certify on a brand

  • Company — your brand certifications, the one in progress and the ones you completed.
  • Pool stays open, but you cannot choose another position until this certification ends.

Opportunities is closed during a brand certification.

While you serve a brand

  • Coverage — your modules, to confirm or decline.
  • Console — where you work your tickets during a module.
  • Earnings — what your modules earned.
  • Updates — the notices about your modules today.
  • Team — your company details.
  • Opportunities — open again once the brand is out of its trial.

While the brand you serve is still in its trial, Opportunities and Team stay closed. See Serving a brand in trial.

Between brands

After you have served a brand, Pool, Company, Opportunities, Earnings and Updates stay open. Coverage, Console and Team close until you serve a brand again.

FAQ

Why is Opportunities empty when I serve a brand?

Extra modules run on free days. When you serve a brand, you have modules on every weekday, so no extra module fits your schedule.

Can I still see my earnings after I stop serving a brand?

Yes. Earnings stays open, and payouts continue on the normal cycle.
