Trust and security at a glance

Razviel's security is architectural, not a promise on a page. How Razviel is designed to protect your brand, your customers and your money is set out on the Trust pages. This article is the map: one line per page, and the page has the rest.

The six Trust pages

• AI authority — the model proposes and deterministic code decides: before an action that moves money, the Policy Gate re-reads your policy from source.
• Workspace isolation — each store is its own workspace, and no customer data crosses from one brand to another.
• Data protection — how your data is designed to be protected, and why no operation opens a whole history at once.
• People and access — Human Nodes are independent service providers under contract with Razviel, and access is scoped so that each one reaches only their assigned tickets and the queue of the brands they are certified on.
• Privacy — Razviel's role as your service provider, no sale or sharing of your customers' data, the subprocessors, transfers, retention and deletion, as the Data Processing Addendum writes them.
• Resilience — when something Razviel depends on fails, it stops acting on money and sends cases to your own helpdesk, so your customers are still answered.
