The Pool

The Pool is the marketplace of open positions at brands. It opens once you complete platform certification, and it is where you choose the brand you will certify on and serve.

What the Pool shows

The Pool lists every brand with an open position, one card each. A card shows:

  • the brand's name and a short description;
  • an earnings estimate for the position;
  • the days and hours: Mon–Fri, 09AM–05PM ET;
  • OPEN, when the position can be selected;
  • a trial badge, when the brand is still in its own trial.

The earnings estimate is a projection for guidance, not a fixed monthly amount. You are paid per module, weekly. See Serving a brand in trial for what the trial badge means.

Open a position

Select a card to open its detail:

  • The Mission — the brand and its operation.
  • Operational Context — the coverage model, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 ET, and the kind of work expected.
  • Path to Baseline — the steps to become active on the brand: Brand Certification, then Official Baseline, full regular operation.

Choose a brand

  1. Open the position you want.
  2. Select Start Selection Process.
  3. Read the notice that opens and accept it. It states what a confirmed module commits you to and, when the brand is in its trial, the day of the trial it is on and when your modules would be paid.
  4. Accept the engagement contract for that brand. The contract is between you and Razviel, never between you and the brand.
  5. Continue to the Company tab to certify. See Brand certification.

You choose one position at a time. While you certify, the Pool stays open to browse, but you cannot select another position.

Where positions come from

Brands do not post positions by hand. A position opens when a brand's plan has more Human Nodes than it has certified, and it closes when someone certifies on it. A position also reopens when a Human Node leaves a brand.

FAQ

Can I apply to several brands at once?

No. You select one position at a time, and you cannot select another while that certification is in progress.

Is the estimate on the card what I will be paid?

No. It is a projection. You are paid per completed module, and the amounts appear inside the platform.
