Cancel your plan

You can cancel your plan at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for, and Razviel keeps serving your brand until then. Your account, configuration and data are kept, so you can come back without losing anything.

Cancel

1. Open Settings from the account menu.
2. On the plan card, choose Cancel Subscription.
3. Confirm in Cancel subscription?.

To cancel during a free trial, choose Cancel Trial on the same card. See The free trial.

Undo a cancellation

• In the first 2 hours, you can undo the cancellation from the plan card, and nothing changes. If your billing cycle ends sooner than that, the window ends with it.
• Until the end of the cycle, choose Keep my subscription on the plan card, and your plan continues as before.
• After the cycle ends, the subscription is over. To come back, choose Subscribe again. See Reactivate your account.

What happens at the end of the cycle

• Your operation stops. The AI no longer answers your customers, and your Human Nodes stop serving your brand.
• Your account is paused. It shows Paused, and your dashboards keep your numbers visible.
• Nothing is charged. No further fees accrue.

What is kept

After a cancellation takes effect, your account stays dormant for up to 12 months. Razviel keeps your account, configuration, Charter and data during that time, so that resuming a subscription does not mean rebuilding them. The credentials of your connected accounts are not kept, so you may need to reconnect them when you come back. What Razviel undertakes here, and what it does not, is set out in the Terms of Service.

No refund for the current cycle

The cycle you have already paid for is not refunded or pro-rated. Your plan keeps running until its last day.
