The access window
The Console opens for you only around the modules you confirmed. It opens 15 minutes before a module starts, stops sending you new live chats in the last 30 minutes, and closes when you finish your last ticket.
Before the module
The Console opens 15 minutes before each module you confirmed, so you can get ready. There is no clock-in: the Console opening is your access. Outside that window, the Console does not open for you.
Coverage shows when the Console will open. When a module is live, the top of your dashboard shows Module Active, with a timer and an Open Console button, on whichever tab you are.
The start of the module
Enter the Console within 30 minutes of the module's start. A module you confirmed and did not enter within that time counts as not delivered, and it is released to another Human Node.
If you take over a module that has already started, the 30 minutes count from the moment you took it over, not from the module's start.
The wind-down
In the last 30 minutes of the module, the Console stops sending you new live chats and social messages. Email keeps arriving. You keep working the tickets you already have.
When the module ends
A module does not end on the clock. It ends when you finish the tickets you have. The Console stays open past the module's end time until your last ticket is done.
Extended Session
If live chats are still open when the module's end time arrives, the Console enters Extended Session, for up to 60 minutes. At 60 minutes, whatever is still open moves to Pending, and the module closes.
FAQ
Can I open the Console outside my modules?
No. The Console opens only for a module you confirmed, from 15 minutes before it starts.
Why does email keep coming during the wind-down?
Email does not hold anyone waiting at the end of a module, so it keeps flowing. The wind-down stops only new live chats, so you can clear what you have.
