What you need

As a Human Node you work as an independent business, with your own means. Before your first module you need your own equipment, a reliable connection, a private place to work, and working English.

Your equipment and connection

You supply, at your own cost:

• A computer.
• An internet connection.
• A backup power source, such as a battery.
• A backup connection, such as a mobile hotspot.
• A workspace suitable for confidential work, where no one else can see your screen or hear your conversations while the Console is open.

Razviel does not provide, lend, rent or reimburse equipment, connectivity, power or workspace.

Keeping it working during a module

Keeping your equipment and connection working during a module you confirmed is your own responsibility. If you disconnect, you have 30 minutes to come back and resume your own tickets. A confirmed module that is not delivered still counts as not delivered, even when the cause is a failed connection — the commitment is to deliver the module, not to stay signed in.

A failure of your equipment or connection is never handled through a deduction from what you already earned.

Working English

You work in English. Customers can write in their own language: the conversation is translated in real time, so they read their language and you read English.

Depending on your verified market, platform certification may include an English certification step. See English certification.

What Razviel never asks for

Razviel charges you nothing — no fee for certification, training, platform access, equipment or onboarding. Any message asking you to pay Razviel is fraudulent and should be reported.
