Confirm or decline modules
Razviel offers you modules, and you confirm or decline each one yourself. No module is ever confirmed on your behalf, and only a module you confirm becomes a commitment.
Answer every module of the cycle
At the start of each cycle, Coverage asks you to answer every module on the calendar: confirm it, or decline it. Until you answer, the top of your dashboard shows Confirm Modules, with the number of modules waiting.
- Open Coverage.
- For each module, switch its toggle on to confirm it. A module with its toggle on is confirmed.
- For a module you will not do, decline it, at least 48 hours before it starts.
Every module starts as pending. A module is never left undefined: you confirm it, or you decline it in time. The same applies whether or not the brand is in its trial.
Each module is independent. You can confirm Atlas and decline Apollo, or the reverse.
Decline in time
Declining a module at least 48 hours before it starts is free. It has no cost, no penalty and no effect anywhere, and you never need to give a reason. The only consequence is that the module is not worked and not paid.
Less than 48 hours before a module starts, it can no longer be declined.
Release a module you confirmed
You can also release a module you already confirmed, on the same terms: at least 48 hours before it starts.
- Release the module in Coverage.
- For the next 2 hours you can undo it and keep the module.
- After those 2 hours, the module is offered to other Human Nodes as an extra module.
- If no one has taken it yet, you can still take it back. Once another Human Node takes it, it is theirs.
If you do not answer
If you leave a day's modules without an answer and the module start time arrives, that day's modules are withdrawn, and this counts as one occurrence of a module not delivered.
While a brand is on standby
While the brand you serve is on standby, no modules are offered, and you cannot release yourself early from the standby. See Brand standby.
FAQ
Do I have to give a reason for declining?
No. Declining in time needs no reason and has no effect.
Can I confirm only one module a day?
Yes. Atlas and Apollo are confirmed or declined separately.
