AI disclosure

Your customers always know when they are talking to an AI. Each AI agent gives its name and says it is an AI, once per conversation, in the place each channel uses to say who is writing. The AI never claims to be human.

How the AI identifies itself on each channel

  • Live Chat — the chat window shows the agent's name and AI Agent at the top, for the whole conversation. The messages read normally.
  • Email — the signature carries the agent's name, AI Assistant and your brand. The opening of the email stays as it always is.
  • WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and SMS — these channels have no header, so the agent says its name and that it is one of the AI assistants in its first message, the way a person would introduce themselves. Today these five channels are ready and wait for their source to be connected; Email and Live Chat carry live traffic through Gorgias.

When a Human Node takes over a live chat, the top of the window shows the Human Node's display name, without the AI label. In email, a Human Node who replies in the same thread signs with their own name.

What the AI never does

  • It never says it is human, and it answers truthfully when a customer asks whether it is an AI.
  • It never invents a human colleague. It can mention another agent by name, but never as a person.
  • It never passes as a person: wherever the chat shows the agent's name, photo or profile, it is labeled as AI. See Cast.

This identification does not depend on your configuration. It is part of how Razviel's agents work on every channel.

When a customer asks for a person

A customer can ask for a person in their own words, at any point. There is no opt-out link in the replies.

The AI does not escalate on the request alone. It first collects the context it needs, as it does for every ticket, and then routes the case by its nature. When the context is complete and the customer still wants a person, the case can go to a Human Node, prepared like any other. Insisting without giving any context does not move the case.

What stays with you

Razviel's agents identify themselves as AI on the channels Razviel operates. Any other notice or consent your own markets require you to give your customers remains your decision. All communications are made in your brand's name.

FAQ

Can I turn off the AI label?

No. The identification is part of how the agents work, on every channel.

Do my customers see which Human Node answered?

In live chat, they see the display name of the Human Node who is writing. In email, the Human Node signs with their own name.
