The Commission rate

As an affiliate, you may be paid a Commission on each payment Razviel actually receives from a Referred Customer. The Commission is calculated on Net Revenue Received, not on the list price.

The rate

The Commission is 10% of Net Revenue Received from each Referred Customer, calculated per payment received. The rate that applies to a referral is the one published in the Program Terms at the moment the referral is attributed.

The Commission arises on each qualifying payment for as long as the Referred Customer pays and you remain in Good Standing. See How long it lasts.

What the base is

Net Revenue Received is what Razviel actually and finally received for the subscription:

  • after any discount applied, including the referral discount;
  • net of the payment-processing fees charged on that payment;
  • net of taxes collected or remitted;
  • net of any refund, chargeback, reversal or write-off affecting that payment.

In practice, you earn 10% of the discounted amount, net of processing fees — not 10% of the list price.

What is not commissionable

No Commission arises on:

  • trial periods, or any period in which no payment is received;
  • amounts invoiced but not paid;
  • taxes, shipping, processing fees or any other amount excluded from Net Revenue Received;
  • a subscription attributed to another affiliate, or to none.

When a Commission becomes payable

A Commission accrues on each payment received, and becomes payable only after the maturation period. It is then paid with the monthly payout. If the payment behind it is refunded, reversed or charged back, no Commission arises on that amount. See Monthly payouts.

FAQ

Is the Commission calculated on the list price?

No. It is 10% of Net Revenue Received: the amount after the discount, net of processing fees.

Can the rate change?

The rate for a referral is the one published when that referral is attributed. Razviel may change the Program going forward, and a change applies to referrals attributed and revenue received from its effective date. See How long it lasts.
