What a Human Node is

A Human Node is an independent service provider who supplies customer-support services to Razviel's brand clients through the Razviel platform. The AI answers every ticket first. A Human Node applies human judgment to money cases the AI has already prepared.

What a Human Node does

• Decides prepared cases. A case reaches you with its context, what the AI already agreed with the customer, and the reason it needs judgment. You choose between the real options, or confirm or disagree with a single one, and you say why. You do not start from zero.
• Works within the brand's policy. Every action goes through the brand's policy and its limits, whoever proposes it.
• Works in the Console. You decide; the AI Manager writes the message drafts in your voice and carries out the action after the policy check. See Working with the AI Manager.

What a Human Node does not do

• Informational requests. Order status, tracking, stock and product questions are answered by the AI.
• Cases without a policy. A case the brand's policy does not cover goes to the brand, not to you.
• The brand's own systems. You never log into a brand's Shopify or Gorgias. You work only in the Console.
• Direct contact with the brand. You do not deal with the brand's team; you work on its tickets.

An independent business

You supply services as an independent business, on your own account and with your own means. The Master Agreement creates no employment relationship with Razviel and no exclusivity: you are free to serve other clients at the same time, in any market.
