Operational Clearance

Operational Clearance is the first column of Settings. It holds the cards you complete to be cleared on the platform: your identity and payout account, your contract, and, when your market requires it, your English certification.

Two or three cards

Settings opens with two cards, 0/2 Cleared:

• Identity & Payouts — your identity and the account you are paid into.
• Contracts — the Master Agreement.

A third card, English Certification, appears only when your verified market requires it. The count then reads 0/3 Cleared. You never choose your path: it is set from the country verified during identity and payouts. See English certification.

Each card has a Connect button.

Identity & Payouts

1. On the Identity & Payouts card, select Connect your payout account.
2. Complete the payout provider's own flow. Your identity is verified by document there, and your banking details and tax information are entered there.
3. Return to Settings. The card shows the status of your payout account.

Razviel never stores your banking details, your tax form or your identity documents. They stay with the payout provider.

The card statuses

• Connect your payout account — not started.
• Complete your payout setup — the flow is open, with a link to continue it.
• Your account is under review — the payout provider is reviewing your account.
• Connected — payouts active — the only status in which payouts are released.
• Account rejected — reconnect to try again — start the flow again.
• Add your tax information to receive payouts — your tax form is missing. Before the first payment you need a valid Form W-8BEN, or Form W-8BEN-E if you contract as a business entity.

You can edit Identity & Payouts at any time, but it can never be left empty.

If your market is not open

Razviel accepts Human Nodes only from the markets it designates. If the country verified by the payout provider is not one of them, Settings shows that registrations from that country are not being accepted, and the next steps are unavailable.

Contracts

The Contracts card holds the Master Agreement. You accept it by checking an unchecked box and confirming. See The Master Agreement.

The English Certification card, when it applies, and the Contracts card cannot be edited after you submit them.

When clearance is complete

Clearance is complete when every card on your path is cleared. Together with the Sandbox exam, it completes Settings and opens the Pool. See Training with Aria.
