Profile, photo and time zone

Your Profile holds your name, your photo and your time zone. The time zone matters most: every module time in the platform is shown converted to it, so you see each module at the right time for you.

Open your Profile

Open the menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Profile. It is available at every step of your path. It has three sections: Profile Information, Security and Your data.

Profile Information

  • Official Name — your name. You can edit it.
  • Display Name — the name customers see. It is assigned by the system and cannot be edited here. See Translation and your display name.
  • Email Address — shown here, and changed only with Change e-mail.
  • TimeZone — your time zone. It cannot be edited here.

Change your email

  1. Select Change e-mail, and enter the new address and your password.
  2. A code is sent to the new address, and a notice to the old one.
  3. Enter the code. Your email changes only once the code is confirmed.

Your photo

A profile photo is optional. If you add one, it must show a real person — a selfie or a photo of you, not a logo, an object, an avatar or a landscape. Each photo is checked before it is accepted, including for prohibited content.

Your photo is one of the few things a brand sees about you. See Your data.

Your time zone

Modules are set in Eastern Time, the same for every brand. Every screen that shows a module time converts it to your time zone, with daylight saving applied for each date:

  • Coverage;
  • the Console, including when it opens before your module;
  • Opportunities;
  • your notices in Updates.

Because the Console opens at the converted time, a correct time zone is what lets you enter your module on time.

If your time zone is wrong, ask for a correction from Your data, in your Profile.

FAQ

Where does my time zone come from?

From your location. It cannot be edited in your Profile; to correct it, send a request from Your data.

Why do I see times in my time zone and not in ET?

So that you see each module at the right time for you. The platform runs on Eastern Time and converts every time on your screens.
