How you are paid

You are paid a fee for each module you complete, never a fixed periodic amount and never by hours of availability. Fees are settled every week, and the amount lands in your own payout account.

What a module is worth

The fee for a module comes from the rate published in the platform for your level. Four things shape it:

  • Your level — Rookie, Pro or Elite. Each level has its own rate. See Levels: Rookie, Pro, Elite.
  • The module's length. A module's value is proportional to its hours, so Apollo, the longer module, is worth more than Atlas.
  • The day. Friday modules pay more; the other weekdays pay slightly less, so a month's total is the same either way.
  • Your grade for the module, from the share of your tickets you resolved. See Performance grades and the Coverage Bonus.

Each fee has two parts: a base of 80%, due for every module you complete, and a Coverage Bonus of 20%, due when you complete all the modules you confirmed for that day.

Where you see your rate

The rate for your level appears inside the platform, and Earnings shows what each of your modules is worth. You never work a module without seeing its value.

The weekly cycle

  1. Your modules add up from Sunday to Saturday.
  2. The cycle closes on the following Sunday, and its balance is locked.
  3. You are paid on the Monday after, automatically.

Earnings from every brand you serve add up in one total. See The weekly cycle.

Where the money goes

Payment is made when the gross amount is credited to your account with the payout provider. That account is your own. What happens after the credit — the withdrawal method, its fee, currency conversion — is between you and the payout provider.

The amount in Earnings is the gross amount credited. The screen never shows an amount net of withdrawal fees. Razviel pays the cost of sending the payment by the payout method agreed at onboarding. If you choose a different method that costs more to send, the extra cost is deducted from that payment.

No payment is released until you have accepted the Master Agreement and your tax form has been supplied and approved. See Taxes.

Where you see your earnings

  • Earnings — the balance of the current cycle, which rises with each module you complete, and each cycle with its status.
  • Coverage — the day's earnings, under Accumulated Balance. Access Full Wallet opens Earnings.
  • Overview — a chart of your earnings.

All three read the same amounts. Earnings adds up what your modules are worth; it never sets a price.

FAQ

How much will I earn?

The values appear inside the platform. What you earn depends on the modules you confirm and complete, your level and your grades. Razviel does not guarantee any number of modules.

Is anything deducted from what I earn?

Only the extra sending cost of a payout method you chose outside the agreed one, and only if you choose it. An amount already credited to you is never reversed, except for proven fraud.

Am I paid if the brand is in its trial?

Yes, when the brand converts to a paid plan. See Serving a brand in trial.
