Before you start

Razviel connects to your Shopify store and your Gorgias helpdesk, and uses the links to your tracking page and your returns portal. Check the items below before you open Settings: each one is checked when you connect, and a connection that does not meet it does not go through.

A Shopify Plus store

• Razviel accepts Shopify Plus stores only. Your store needs an active Shopify Plus plan to connect. Stores on any other Shopify plan cannot connect, and there is no exception.
• The free trial is for the same stores. A Shopify Plus store can apply for the free trial. Development stores do not get a trial.
• One store, one workspace. A store that is already connected to another Razviel workspace cannot be connected again elsewhere. Sign in to the workspace that already runs that store, or contact support.

Access to your store's Dev Dashboard

You create the Razviel app yourself, in the Shopify Dev Dashboard of your own organization. There is no app to install from a store listing. Create it with an account that has full permissions on the store: when a staff account with limited permissions creates the app, some store data can come back empty without any error. A paid Gorgias account that contains your store

• A paid plan with room for two more users. Razviel creates two users in your Gorgias, one for the AI and one for Human Nodes. A plan limited to three agent seats is not accepted, because those two users would take two of your three seats.
• Your Shopify store is already in that Gorgias account. Razviel checks it when you connect. If the store is not there, the connection is not saved.
• An admin to generate the API key. Only a Gorgias admin can generate the key Razviel needs.

Two links

• Your tracking page — the address of the page where customers track an order.
• Your returns portal — the address of the page where customers start a return.

Both are pasted as links. They take no password and no key. See Add your tracking and returns portals.
