Suspension and termination

Your participation in the Program can end in three ways: you leave, Razviel suspends it, or Razviel terminates it. Each one ends further accrual. None of them, on its own, takes away what you already earned on revenue Razviel already received.

Leaving the Program

You may leave at any time, by written notice or through the in-product control where it is available. Accrual ends from the date your departure takes effect. If you leave in Good Standing, Commissions already accrued on revenue already received are paid on the normal monthly cycle.

Suspension and termination by Razviel

Razviel may suspend or terminate your participation, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice. It does not have to state a reason.

It ordinarily acts where there is a reasonable basis to conclude you have used spam, artificial or fraudulent traffic, cookie stuffing or brand bidding, misrepresented Razviel's services, referred yourself, manipulated the Program's mechanics or broken the law. These are examples, not conditions.

What a suspension does

When your participation is suspended, Affiliate Program shows Participation is suspended.

• No new Commission accrues from the effective date.
• Your payable balance is held while the suspension lasts.
• Commissions already accrued on revenue already received are not forfeited.
• The brands you referred are unaffected, and their subscriptions continue normally.

What happens to what you earned

• Terminated without cause, in Good Standing. Commissions already accrued on revenue already received are paid on the normal cycle.
• Terminated for fraud or material breach. Where participation ends because of fraud, artificial or fraudulent traffic, self-referral, or a material breach of the promotional standards, accrued and unpaid Commissions are forfeited, and Commissions from the offending conduct may be reversed. Forfeiture applies only in these cases.
• Any other case. Commissions already accrued on revenue already received are paid once you cure any Good Standing gap within a reasonable period. An accrued balance is never lost through the mere absence of Good Standing, silence or the passage of time.

After your participation ends

The license to use the Razviel brand ends at once. Remove the marks and your Referral Identifier from your channels within 5 business days.

The brands you referred keep their subscriptions under their own agreement with Razviel. You hold no right over them or their accounts.
