Brand certification

Brand certification proves you know how one specific brand operates before you serve it. It starts when you choose a position in the Pool, and it runs in the Company tab, in three stages that you complete within a single 2-hour window.

Start the certification

1. Choose a position in the Pool and accept the notice and the engagement contract. See The Pool.
2. Open the Company tab. The brand appears as Certification in Progress.
3. Select Begin Training. The Certification Roadmap opens.

The 2-hour window starts when you select the position, and a countdown shows on your Overview.

The three stages

Each stage unlocks when you complete the one before it.

1. Brand Intel Briefing

Aria takes you through the brand's material: its procedures, tone of voice, rules of engagement, escalation policies and refund rules. The material comes from the brand's own policy. A Knowledge Map beside the chat marks each topic Cleared, and you close the stage by acknowledging the brand's policies.

2. The Sandbox Simulation

Aria reviews the brand with you, then you select Launch Isolated Sandbox. It is the same Sandbox as the platform exam, with 10 tickets from this brand and the AI playing its customers. If you do not pass, you can retry within the window.

3. Brand Intelligence Video Pitch

You record a video of 20 to 60 seconds about the brand: what you understood of the company and how it works. The AI checks that you describe the brand correctly and can be understood. If it does not pass, you record it again. See The Brand Intelligence Video Pitch.

The 2-hour window

• The window covers all three stages together, and it keeps running if you close the browser.
• If the window ends before you finish, even in the middle of a stage, the certification ends and you return to the Pool. A new attempt starts from the beginning.
• There is no partial credit: all three stages are completed within the same window.

Other Human Nodes on the same position

Other Human Nodes may be certifying for the same position at the same time, and the Company tab shows it. The first to complete the certification takes the position. The others are notified and return to the Pool, and they can start on another position right away.

When you are certified

You return to the Overview, and Coverage opens with the brand's modules. See Confirm or decline modules.
