Cycle statuses
Each cycle on your Earnings screen shows one of six statuses, from before you started to paid. A payment counts as paid when the gross amount is credited to your account with the payout provider.
The six statuses
- Not Done — a cycle from before you started on Razviel.
- Upcoming — a future cycle that has not started.
- Accumulating — the current cycle. Its balance rises with each module you complete.
- AI Audit — Sunday, when the cycle closes. The cycle's modules get a final check and the balance is locked.
- Scheduled Payout — the cycle is closed and its payment is scheduled, for Monday.
- Settled — the cycle is paid.
A cycle moves from Accumulating to AI Audit on Sunday, to Scheduled Payout, and to Settled on Monday.
Find a cycle
- The top of Earnings shows the current cycle's balance, under Next Payout — Active Cycle.
- Move between months to see earlier cycles. A month has about four cycles, and each cycle belongs to the month in which it is paid.
- Cycle Progress shows the modules completed out of the cycle's total, and Daily Performance shows each day.
When a payment counts as paid
A payment is made when the gross amount is credited to your account with the payout provider. From that moment, Razviel's payment is complete. What happens next — the withdrawal, its fee, currency conversion — is between you and the payout provider.
Once an amount has been credited to you, it is never reversed, deducted or withheld, except for proven fraud.
When a payment waits
- Your tax form. No payment is released until your tax form has been supplied and approved. See Taxes.
- Your payout account. If a payout fails because of your account with the payout provider — incorrect details or a pending verification — you are notified, and you resolve it with the payout provider. The amount is credited in the cycle after it is resolved.
- A brand in its trial. Modules for a brand in its trial are paid when the brand converts. See Serving a brand in trial.
- The brand's payment. Your fees are funded by the payments Razviel receives from the brand you served. If that brand's payment fails or is reversed before your fee is credited, the fee waits, and it is paid in the weekly cycle after the funds arrive. If they never arrive, no fee becomes due for it. This is part of the Master Agreement, Clause 3.9.
- A small balance. A balance below the minimum payout carries over to the next Monday.
FAQ
On which day am I paid?
On Monday, for the cycle that closed the day before.
Is my payout affected if my access is suspended?
No. Payouts continue on the normal cycle. See Suspension and deactivation.
Why is the amount at my bank different from Earnings?
Earnings shows the gross amount credited to your payout account. Withdrawal fees and currency conversion happen at the payout provider, after the credit.
