Ledger and the Executive Deck

Ledger is where Razviel reports on your support in writing. Instead of raw numbers, it gives you a narrated reading of each period, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly, and each one opens as an Executive Deck of slides. Everything is read inside your dashboard.

Open Ledger

Select Ledger in the sidebar of your dashboard. It shows four reports:

• Weekly Performance Review, with the week's tickets, ROI change and SLA rate.
• Executive Intelligence Briefing, the monthly report.
• Quarterly Board Deck.
• Annual Impact Report, with the year's revenue protected, platform ROI and tickets resolved.

Select a report to open its deck.

Read a deck

Each slide of the Executive Deck is a short written reading of the period: a title, a narrative that explains what happened and what it means for your business, one key figure with its change, and a chart.

• Move between slides with Prev and Next.
• Change the period from the period menu at the top of the deck.
• Go to the previous or next period with the arrows beside it.

No export

Ledger reports and decks are read in your dashboard. They cannot be exported or downloaded, and there is no weekly report by email. A copy of your raw data is a separate request.

Before your operation starts, and while it is paused

Before your operation starts, the reports show zero or a dash in place of each figure. While your account is frozen, they keep your real figures, and they do not open.
