Working with Razviel

Is this employment?

No. You supply services as an independent business, module by module, and you confirm or decline each module yourself. The Master Agreement creates no employment relationship. See What a Human Node is.

Do I talk to the brand owner?

No. You work on the brand's tickets in the Console, and you do not deal with the brand's team. See What a Human Node is.

Do I need my own equipment?

Yes. Your computer, your internet connection, a backup power source and a backup connection are yours, at your own cost. See What you need.

Does Razviel charge me anything?

No. Razviel charges nothing for certification, training, platform access or onboarding. When your market requires an official English certificate, the test is paid to the institution that issues it. See English certification.

Pay

How much will I earn?

The values appear inside the platform. What you earn depends on the modules you confirm and complete, your level and your grades. See How you are paid.

When am I paid?

Every Monday, for the cycle that closed on the Sunday before. See The weekly cycle.

What if the brand I serve is in trial and doesn't convert?

No fee is due for the modules delivered during its trial, and the brand is not charged for that period either. If it converts, those modules are paid in the normal flow. See Serving a brand in trial.

Can my level go down?

No. Your level depends only on XP, and XP only adds up. See Levels: Rookie, Pro, Elite.

Modules

Can I decline a module?

Yes, at least 48 hours before it starts, at no cost and with no reason needed. See Confirm or decline modules.

What if I miss a module?

The first time in a calendar month, the module is covered by another Human Node and you keep your position. The second time in the same month ends your engagement with the brand and your platform access. At a brand in its trial, the first time already does. See Missing a module.

Can a brand remove me?

Yes. A brand has four controls over your work for it, and you are notified whenever it uses one. Only Razviel can close your platform access. See What a brand can do.
