Suspension and deactivation

Razviel can suspend or deactivate your access to the platform. Both are access measures, not penalties: the platform stops offering you modules, and nothing you already earned is affected. Everything you delivered is paid on the normal cycle.

Who decides

Only Razviel can suspend or deactivate your platform access. A brand decides only your work for that brand. See What a brand can do.

Under Clause 14.3 of the Master Agreement, Razviel may suspend or deactivate access at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without a reason and with or without prior notice.

Suspension

Your platform access is closed, and it can be restored.

Why it happens

• A module not delivered. The second occurrence in a calendar month, or the first at a brand in its trial, closes your access automatically. See Missing a module.
• A decision by Razviel. For example, to protect a brand's data or operation.

What happens

• Your active sessions end at once, including a module in progress.
• You are removed from the brand you serve, if any.
• Your certifications are cleared, and your extra modules are canceled.
• Your confirmed modules are released, with no penalty.

While you are suspended

You still have your Overview, Settings, Support and your Profile, and Earnings if you have worked before. The other tabs are closed.

When it is lifted

A suspension after a module not delivered lasts until Razviel decides to offer you modules again. The notice gives an address to write to if you would like Razviel to look at it again, and you are not asked for a reason. When a suspension is lifted, the Pool opens for you again, and you certify again on any brand you want to serve.

Permanent deactivation

Your platform access is closed for good, with no way back.

The same immediate effects apply as for a suspension, and your delivered work is still paid.

What is never affected

• Your payouts. Everything you delivered is paid on the normal cycle, including modules still waiting for a brand's conversion. No switch holds back a payout that is due. An amount already credited is never reversed, except for proven fraud.
• Your XP. It is not reset, and your level does not go down.

There is no warning step and no partial measure in between: the platform offers you modules, or it does not.
