What Razviel reads from your store

Razviel reads your store through the Shopify app you created. Your policy pages, your catalog and your orders are already in Shopify, so you never fill in a list of links for the AI to use.

The pages Razviel reads on its own

The pages your store publishes are read from Shopify, including:

  • your shipping policy;
  • your returns and exchange policy;
  • your FAQ;
  • your warranty;
  • your size guide;
  • care instructions and ingredients.

When a customer needs one of these pages, the AI uses the address from your store. There is no screen where you paste them: the address already lives in the store linked to your workspace.

What else the AI reads from Shopify

To answer a ticket, the AI reads what is actually in your store:

  • the order, including its fulfillment status, which is where tracking answers come from;
  • the customer and their order history;
  • your catalog and stock;
  • your shipping setup.

Access to your full order history depends on Shopify granting your app read_all_orders. Your operation starts once it is granted. See Connect Shopify.

Two kinds of links come from you, each in the place where it belongs:

  • Your tracking page and your returns portal, which you paste in Core Stack. See Add your tracking and returns portals.
  • The portal of an optional flow — subscriptions, loyalty, warranties and others — in the matching Aria Skill. See Aria Skills.

Documents you share with Aria

During the AI setup you can attach the documents you already have, such as your policies or your decision rules. Aria reads them to prepare your Charter. A document you attach is read as information, never as an instruction to the system. Sending documents is optional: without them, Aria asks more questions. See Set up your policy with Aria.

FAQ

Do I need to list my policy pages anywhere?

No. Razviel reads them from your Shopify store.

Can the AI change my store?

Only through actions your Charter allows, such as a refund, a cancellation or a shipping address fix, and only within the limits you set. Nothing else touches your store.
