Reactivate your account

A paused account can always come back. You ask to reactivate, Razviel prepares your Human Nodes, and your plan starts again when they arrive. Your history, configuration and Charter continue from where they were.

Ask to reactivate

  1. Choose Reactivate in the status of your account on Pulse or on the Billing screen, or Subscribe again on the plan card in Settings.
  2. Your account shows Resuming while your Human Nodes are prepared.

While your Human Nodes are prepared

  • Your plan shows Preparing your Human Nodes.
  • Nothing is charged yet. Until your Human Nodes arrive, you can cancel the request.
  • The time your operation was paused is filled in, so your history has no gap.

When your Human Nodes arrive, your plan starts and is charged, before their first module. Your account returns to Operational.

What continues from before

  • Your history. Every ticket and every number from before the pause stays in your dashboards.
  • Your configuration. Your Charter, your settings and your AI setup are kept.
  • Your store. Your store stays linked to your workspace. After a cancellation, Razviel does not keep the credentials of your connected accounts, so you may need to reconnect them. See Disconnect and reconnect.

Your Human Nodes

  • After an unpaid invoice, your Human Nodes go on standby for 5 days, which start after the day of grace. Pay inside that window and the same Human Nodes continue with your brand. See If a payment fails.
  • Otherwise, a new team is prepared and certified on your brand.

No new trial

A reactivated account goes straight to its paid plan. A store on which any invoice has been paid never gets another free trial. See Trials per store.

Am I charged as soon as I ask to reactivate?
