English certification
English certification is the third Operational Clearance card, and it appears only when your verified market requires it. It has two parts: an official English certificate and a short video of you introducing yourself.
Who needs it
The card appears when the country verified during Identity & Payouts is in a market whose schooling language is not English. The decision comes from that verified market, never from your nationality and never from anything you declare. If the card does not appear, your path has two cards and you do not take this step.
Upload your certificate
Upload an official, proctored English certificate. The level is read from the document itself, and the minimum is CEFR C1. A certificate from another recognized institution must state C1 or C2 explicitly.
The cost of the test is paid to the institution that issues it. Razviel charges you nothing for certification.
Record your video
- Read the notice that opens before the recorder. It tells you that the decision is automated, without a person; that it looks at whether your English is intelligible, fluent and coherent; and that it creates no biometric template, identifies no one and never scores your accent.
- Check I understand. The record button stays disabled until you do.
- Record a video of 20 to 60 seconds in which you introduce yourself, in English from start to finish.
Your video passes when you speak English throughout, can be understood and give a coherent introduction of yourself. An accent is never penalized, and minor grammar errors are acceptable.
If the result is not a pass
You can ask for a person to review a refusal. A person re-examines the recording and the result, and the outcome is communicated to you.
Once submitted, the English Certification card cannot be edited.
