How long it lasts

A Commission accrues on each payment a Referred Customer makes, for as long as it remains a paying subscriber and you remain in Good Standing. There is no fixed end date. Each Commission becomes payable 60 days after Razviel receives the payment behind it.

What "lifetime" means

Under the Program as published today, a Commission accrues on each payment Razviel receives from a Referred Customer, with no fixed end date and no expiry counter. It continues for as long as:

  • the Referred Customer keeps paying for its subscription; and
  • you remain in Good Standing in the Program.

This is how the Program currently operates.

What it does not mean

  • It is not a perpetual right. Accrual with no end date is a feature of the Program, not a vested or irrevocable entitlement, and not a promise that the Program, the rate or the arrangement will continue.
  • Razviel may change or end the Program. It may modify or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time, going forward. From the effective date, further accrual follows the new terms, or stops.
  • It ends when your participation ends. Suspension, termination or your own departure ends further accrual from its effective date. See Suspension and termination.

What a change never reaches

A modification or discontinuation works going forward only. Commissions that had already accrued on revenue Razviel had already received, under the terms then in force, stay payable to you if you are in Good Standing.

The rate that applies to a referral is the one in force when that referral was attributed.

The maturation period

A Commission does not become payable until 60 days have passed from Razviel's receipt of the payment behind it.

  1. The brand pays, and a Commission accrues on that payment.
  2. For 60 days, the Commission waits. If the payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed or written off in that time, the Commission is canceled before it is paid.
  3. After 60 days, the Commission is payable, and is settled with the next monthly payout. See Monthly payouts.

Accrual alone is not payment. A Commission that has accrued creates no debt of Razviel until it becomes payable.

After a Commission is paid

If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back after its Commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your later Commissions until it is offset. Razviel does not pursue you for it separately, except where the reversal comes from your fraud or breach of the promotional standards.

FAQ

Does my Commission on a brand expire?

No expiry counter applies while the brand pays and you remain in Good Standing. It is a feature of the Program as it operates today, and Razviel may change the Program going forward.

What happens during the 60 days?

The Commission is accrued but not yet payable. A refund, reversal or chargeback on the payment in that window cancels it before it is paid.
