The weekly cycle

Your modules are organized in weekly cycles. A cycle runs from Sunday to Saturday, closes on the following Sunday, and is paid on the Monday after that.

Run, close, pay

  1. The cycle runs from Sunday to Saturday. The modules you complete that week add up in the cycle.
  2. The cycle closes on the following Sunday. Its balance is locked.
  3. The cycle is paid on the Monday after, automatically. Payment is made when the amount is credited to your payout account.

Sunday plays two roles: it closes the cycle that ended on Saturday, and it is the first day of the next one. A month has about four cycles, and each cycle belongs to the month in which it is paid.

Cycles and module days

The cycle is the calendar you are paid on. Modules run on a different axis: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 ET. A cycle that starts on Sunday and a first module on Monday do not contradict each other. See Atlas and Apollo.

Self-schedule your cycle

Each week there is a window to answer every module of the coming week: Self-schedule your cycle. It runs from Saturday 00:00 to Monday 09:00 ET, when the first module of the week starts. Opening on Saturday leaves 57 hours before Monday's first module, so you can still decline Monday's modules at least 48 hours ahead. See Confirm or decline modules.

FAQ

On which day am I paid?

On Monday, for the cycle that closed the day before.

Why does the cycle start on Sunday if modules start on Monday?

The cycle is the payment calendar, and the modules are the service window. They are two different axes.
