Sign in and security

Every sign-in to your Razviel dashboard asks for your password and a code sent to your email. You can add an authenticator app on top of the code. Your devices, sessions and security settings are on the Security screen, from the account menu.

How you sign in

  1. Enter your email and password.
  2. Enter the code Razviel emails you. The code is valid for 10 minutes and works once.

The email code is required at every sign-in, and cannot be turned off.

Add an authenticator app

The authenticator app is optional. It adds to the email code; it never replaces it. With it on, every sign-in asks for both.

  1. Open Security from the account menu.
  2. On the Sign-in card, find Authenticator app and choose Manage.
  3. Follow the steps to turn it on or off.

Your devices and sessions

The Devices card lists the devices signed in to your account, with the current one marked, and your last sign-in with its date and approximate city.

  • Choose Revoke on a device to sign it out.
  • Choose Sign out of all other devices to sign out everywhere except where you are now.

A session ends after 30 minutes without activity, and after 12 hours in any case. You then sign in again.

Your password

On the Sign-in card, Password shows when it was last changed. Choosing it opens your profile on the Security tab, where you change it. See Your profile and password.

The Legal card lists the documents you accepted, with the version, the language, the date and a short fingerprint of the text, and a link to that version.

Security notices

If Razviel needs to tell you about a security incident that affects your account, a notice opens as soon as your dashboard loads. It says what happened and what you should do, and you confirm it with Acknowledge.
