How a ticket is counted

Capacity is what you buy. Only tickets the AI closed alone draw on it.

A ticket only counts against your plan when the AI resolved it alone. Escalate it to a human and it never touches your AI allowance. Tickets past your capacity go to your helpdesk as they arrive. Your invoice stays the same.
