What the Affiliate Program is

The Affiliate Program is Razviel's referral program. As an affiliate, you recommend Razviel to brands, and Razviel may pay you a Commission on the revenue it actually receives from the brands you refer.

What you do

You promote Razviel through your own channels, with your Referral Identifier. When a brand subscribes using it, the subscription is attributed to you and the brand becomes your Referred Customer.

That is the whole role. You do not sell, resell, quote, negotiate or contract for Razviel's services, and you never collect money from a brand for Razviel. Every subscription is contracted directly between Razviel and the brand, on Razviel's own terms.

What you are paid

The Commission is 10% of Net Revenue Received from each Referred Customer, calculated per payment Razviel receives. The rate and its base are explained in The Commission rate.

Razviel makes no commitment as to how many referrals convert, how much a brand pays, how long a subscription lasts, or that any Commission is earned. Nothing in the Program, in your dashboard or in any example creates a minimum, a target or a guaranteed income.

What the Program is not

• Not employment, agency, partnership or a joint venture. You and Razviel are independent businesses. You must not present yourself as an employee, officer, agent, representative, reseller or partner of Razviel.
• No authority to bind Razviel. You cannot promise a price, a discount, a commitment or a feature on Razviel's behalf.
• Not a Human Node. Being an affiliate is separate from being a Human Node, with its own payout account.
• No interest in the brands you refer. You acquire no right over a Referred Customer or its account, and no equity or ownership in Razviel.
• Not exclusive. You may promote other products, and Razviel may run other referral arrangements.

The Program is governed by the Affiliate Program Agreement, which sets the legal relationship, and by the Affiliate Program Terms, which publish the operational values: the rate, attribution, maturation, payout cadence, minimum payout, payout rail and promotional guidelines.
