Your first days

Your first days on Razviel run in two stages: Razviel prepares your operation, then your 14-day trial starts. The trial counts from the day your first Human Node arrives on your brand, so no trial day is spent waiting.

Before the trial counts

After you choose your plan, your account shows Provisioning. Two things happen at the same time:

• Your Human Node is prepared. Your position is opened to Human Nodes, one of them takes it and gets certified on your brand before starting.
• Your helpdesk history syncs. Razviel reads the last three months of your Gorgias history in the background.

Razviel also classifies your customers into segments from their orders, in the background, from the moment you connect Shopify. See Customer segments.

You have nothing to do in this stage. Subscribing and authorizing your card do not start the trial.

Access to your full order history

Your operation starts only when Shopify grants the Razviel app access to all your orders. You request it when you create the app, and Shopify reviews it. Shopify publishes no timeline for that review, so Razviel shows its status and waits. The Read all orders request check in your Shopify connection shows where it stands.

When the trial starts

The trial starts when your first Human Node becomes operational on your brand. From that moment:

• the AI answers your customers;
• your account shows Trial Day 1 of 14;
• your dashboards fill with real data.

The trial runs on the Core plan. In the last two days, your account shows Continue and Cancel plan. The trial converts into your paid plan when the first invoice is paid. See Your account status.

What your dashboards show before data arrives

Until the first tickets are handled, your dashboards keep their normal layout:

• amounts show $0 and counts show 0, because nothing has happened yet;
• rates and other values that cannot honestly be zero show a dash;
• your plan card shows the plan you chose, at 0% used.
