Who your Human Nodes are

Your Human Nodes are independent service providers who apply human judgment to your brand's money cases. They are individuals, or their own businesses, under their own agreements with Razviel, and they are certified on your brand before they serve it.

Certified on your brand

A Human Node serves your brand only after passing a certification on it, in three steps:

1. Brand Intel Briefing. The Node studies your brand, with material built from your Charter: your rules, your tone and your escalation policies.
2. Sandbox Simulation. The Node resolves practice tickets built from your brand's cases, with the AI playing the customer.
3. Brand Intelligence Video Pitch. The Node records a short video about your brand, showing what they understood of it.

Bound by confidentiality

Before receiving any access, each Human Node accepts a confidentiality and data protection annex to their agreement with Razviel. It obliges them never to copy, export, download, photograph or screenshot customer data, and to use it only inside the Razviel Console, only to resolve the ticket assigned to them.

What you see about them

In Fleet, you see each Human Node's name and photo, and you can watch the video pitch they recorded for your brand. You do not see their contact details, their level or their pay. See The Fleet.

How they work with you

• They work in the Razviel Console only. They never log into your Shopify or Gorgias.
• They work within your policy. Every action they take is checked against your Charter and its limits.
• They work in English. Conversations with customers in other languages are translated in real time.
• They do not deal with your team. They work on your tickets; what needs your team comes to your helpdesk.

Dedication, not a guarantee of a person

A Human Node works on your brand as a dedicated professional. That describes how Razviel allocates coverage. It is not a commitment that a specific person will always be available, will work only for you, or will never be replaced. If you want a different Human Node, you can request a swap.
