Missing a module
A module you confirmed is a commitment. If you do not enter it, it is not delivered: the first time in a month, the module is covered and you keep your position; the second time in the same calendar month, your engagement with the brand and your platform access end. Declining a module in time is never a missed module.
The tolerance
Enter the Console within 30 minutes of the start of your module. If you do not, the module counts as not delivered, and it is offered to another Human Node.
The 30 minutes count from the start of your own commitment. If you take over a module that has already started, they count from the moment you took it over.
A module also counts as not delivered when your connection drops and you do not come back within 30 minutes, or when you stay inactive with tickets waiting. See Inactivity and disconnection.
What one missed module does
The first occurrence in a calendar month:
- the module goes to Opportunities, for another Human Node to cover;
- you are notified;
- you keep your position with the brand.
Missing Atlas counts as one occurrence and releases both of that day's modules, since Razviel assumes you will not come for Apollo either. Missing only Apollo counts as one occurrence and releases Apollo.
What a second one in the month does
A second occurrence in the same calendar month, consecutive or not:
- your engagement with the brand ends, and your position opens for a new Human Node;
- your platform access closes.
The count is kept per brand and starts again on the 1st of each month. An occurrence on the last days of one month and another early the next month do not add up.
At a brand in its trial
At a brand in its trial, the first occurrence already ends your position with the brand and your platform access. You are told this before you accept the brand. See Serving a brand in trial.
What never counts
- Declining in time. Declining or releasing a module at least 48 hours before it starts has no effect. See Confirm or decline modules.
- Leaving a brand. Ending an engagement yourself is a normal exit. See Leave a brand.
- Days with no modules offered, such as while a brand is on standby.
If you leave a day's modules without any answer and the start time arrives, that day's modules are withdrawn, and this counts as one occurrence.
What is not affected
Everything you delivered is paid on the normal cycle, including modules still waiting for a brand's conversion. Your XP and your level do not change.
Ending your platform access is an access measure under Clause 14.3 of the Master Agreement, not a penalty. The notice you receive tells you that you can no longer operate on Razviel, and gives an address to write to if you would like Razviel to look at it again. You are not asked to explain why the module was not delivered. See Suspension and deactivation.
You are told before
The rule is shown when you accept a brand and again on the card of each module you confirm.
FAQ
Does missing an extra module count here?
No. Extra modules have their own rule: a confirmed extra module you do not deliver means you can no longer take extra modules at that brand. See Extra modules.
Do I lose what I earned if my access ends?
No. Everything you delivered is paid on the normal cycle.
Is there a warning before the second occurrence?
Yes. You are notified at the first occurrence, and the rule is shown on each confirmed module.
