Affiliate FAQ

Short answers to the questions affiliates ask most, each with the article that covers it in full.

Joining

Do I need to be a Razviel customer?

No. There are three routes in: agencies and creators apply when they sign up to Razviel and are approved when their application is accepted, and existing customers qualify after 3 consecutive paid months. See Ways into the Program.

Can I call myself a Razviel partner?

No. The Agreement does not allow you to present yourself as a partner of Razviel, and it states that the relationship is not a partnership. You take part as an independent affiliate. See What the Affiliate Program is.

Can the terms change?

Yes, going forward. A change applies to referrals attributed and revenue received from its effective date, and a material change to the Agreement needs your new acceptance. See Accept the Agreement and Terms.

Referrals

No. A referral is attributed at checkout, when a brand subscribes with your Referral Identifier, and never afterward. See Your Referral Identifier.

Is the brand discount recurring?

No. It is up to US$500 off the first month only. See What the referred brand receives.

What if the brand cancels and comes back?

The attribution stays with the store. When it pays again, a Commission arises again on each payment. See One store, one attribution.

Commission and payouts

Is the Commission on list price?

No. It is 10% of Net Revenue Received: the amount after the discount, net of processing fees and taxes. See The Commission rate.

When do I get paid?

Monthly, by the 5th day of the following month, for Commissions that have completed their 60-day maturation, once your payable balance is at least US$200. See Monthly payouts.

Standing

If I'm suspended, do I lose what I've earned?

No. Commissions already accrued on revenue already received are not forfeited. Forfeiture applies only to fraud, artificial or fraudulent traffic, self-referral or a material breach of the promotional standards. See Suspension and termination.
