Aria Skills
Aria Skills are the optional flows your store may run beyond returns and tracking, such as subscriptions, loyalty or gift cards. Switching one on tells Razviel you have that flow. The AI starts handling it only after Aria asks you how it works and you answer.
The Skills
The Aria's Skills panel, in Settings, lists twenty Skills:
- Subscription Portal
- Paid Membership
- Loyalty & Rewards
- Store Credit
- Gift Card
- Shipping Protection
- Product Warranty
- Reviews
- Order Editing
- Order Cancellation
- Pre-Order & Backorder
- B2B & Wholesale
- Community
- Product Quiz
- Referral
- Affiliate & Influencer
- Back in Stock
- Store Pickup & Locator
- Invoices
- Pay Later & Installments
All of them are optional. A store that does not run a flow leaves it off, and that is a normal setting.
Switch on a Skill
- Open Settings from the account menu of your dashboard.
- In Aria's Skills, switch on the Skill.
- Add what the Skill asks for, such as the address of your portal for that flow.
- Talk to Aria. After your AI setup is complete, the Aria card shows how many Skills are pending and a button to configure them. Aria asks about each pending flow.
- Once you answer, your Charter is updated, the matching cases unlock in the Simulator, and the Skill is active.
The order is always the same, and nothing changes for your customers before the last step.
Read the state of a Skill
Each Skill row shows where it stands:
- Not active yet — you switched it on. Nothing changes for your customers until Aria asks you about it and you answer.
- Active in your Charter — Aria asked about this flow, and your answers are what the AI follows.
- Change pending — you changed something. Your previous answers still apply until Aria asks you about the change and you answer.
- Turn-off pending — you switched it off. Razviel still handles the flow under your previous answers until Aria asks you and you confirm.
When a Skill has an address, the row shows Connected with the link. Connected means Razviel has the link. Whether the Skill is active is shown by the state above it.
Why a conversation, and not only a switch
A switch says you have the flow. It does not say what the AI may do in it: which actions, up to what amount, under which conditions and for which customers. Those answers come from the conversation, and they are what the Policy Gate checks. A Skill switched on without the conversation grants the AI nothing.
Links you add in a Skill
A link you paste in a Skill must be a valid address on your store's domain, or on the domain of a provider connected to your workspace. Any other link is not saved, so the AI never sends a customer to a site that is not yours.
FAQ
Why does a Simulator case show a lock?
Because the Skill it belongs to is not configured. The case unlocks after you switch the Skill on and answer Aria's questions. See The Simulator.
I switched a Skill off. Does the AI stop right away?
No. The previous answers stay in force until Aria asks you about the change and you confirm.
