Trials per store

The free trial belongs to the Shopify store, not to your account. Each distinct store you connect has its own free trial, and what happens to that trial decides whether the store can ever have another.

One trial for each store

  • One store, one trial. A free trial is available once for each distinct Shopify store connected to Razviel. Whether that store can ever have a second one depends on how the first one ended.
  • Several stores, several trials. If you run more than one store — an agency, or a brand with several storefronts — each store can take its own trial, from its own workspace.
  • New workspaces are free. Creating a workspace never costs anything. What decides the trial is the store you connect to it, not the workspace.

How workspaces and stores relate is explained in Workspaces.

A store that has paid never gets another trial

Once any invoice has been paid on a store, that store never gets a free trial again. A reactivated account starts on a paid plan, and connecting the same store under a different account changes nothing: the rule follows the store.

A trial that did not convert

A store whose trial ended without converting can take another free trial 60 days after the end of the first one, and not before. In the meantime, that store can start on a paid plan at any moment — the same setup, with no waiting. Other stores on your account are not affected either way.

Stores that do not get a trial

Razviel accepts Shopify Plus stores only. A store on any other Shopify plan cannot connect, so it does not open a trial. Development stores do not get a trial either.

FAQ

I have three stores. How many trials do I have?

Three: one for each store, each in its own workspace.

My trial ended without converting. When can that store try again?

60 days after the end of the first trial. Before that, the store can start on a paid plan whenever you want.

Does reactivating my account start a new trial?

No. A reactivated account goes straight to its paid plan. See Reactivate your account.
