Cast

Your brand's customers are answered by a cast of six AI agents. Each agent has a name, a fixed shift and a profile, and works only for your brand. All six run on the same engine, with the same Charter and the same limits.

The six agents and their shifts

The day is split into three shifts of 8 hours, with one agent per shift. Weekdays and weekends have different casts:

  • Monday to Friday — 9:00 to 17:00, 17:00 to 1:00, and 1:00 to 9:00, one agent each.
  • Saturday and Sunday — the same three shifts, with three other agents.

Together, the six cover every hour of the week. Shifts follow your store's time zone. The schedule is part of the product: you do not set the shifts or the number of agents.

The names are chosen for your workspace when it is set up. No two agents of your brand share a name. Each agent stays with your brand for as long as your workspace exists.

See your Cast

  1. Open Settings from the account menu of your dashboard.
  2. In your AI setup, click Cast, above Preview. The card unlocks when your setup reaches 100%.

The cast opens as a weekly schedule: the weekday and weekend casts side by side, and the hours of the day down the side. Each agent shows a photo, a name, an age, a city and a one-line summary. The agent on duty right now is highlighted. Click an agent to open their full profile: their story, where they live, where they studied, what they do outside their shift, and how that shows in the way they answer.

Your Fleet also shows the six agents, each with their name and shift.

One engine, six identities

What changes from one agent to another is who the customer talks to: the name, the shift and a steady personal style within Razviel's voice. What never changes is how the AI decides. Every agent reasons the same way and follows the same Charter, limits and Policy Gate. No agent can do more than another.

When a conversation crosses a shift change, the agent coming on duty takes it over with the full conversation. Agents mention each other by name when it helps — "Sarah took care of this with you yesterday" — and never claim to have handled a conversation they did not.

What your customers see

Your customers see the agent's name, photo and profile, always labeled as AI. They never see the age or the shift. See AI disclosure.

Rename an agent

Each agent's name comes ready. You can change it, and the new name becomes final once you save it and that agent has answered its first ticket. After that, no one can change it: a customer who talked to an agent has to find the same agent again.

A new name must fit the agent's photo and profile: an agent presented as a woman keeps a woman's name, and an agent presented as a man keeps a man's name. Names that work for both are accepted. A name that does not fit is not saved, and the screen says why.

FAQ

Can I add or remove agents?

No. Every brand has six agents, one per shift. What you choose in your plan is volume and Human Nodes.

Do the agents have different levels of autonomy?

No. Autonomy is decided by your policy and the Policy Gate, which do not know which agent is talking.
