Your data after you cancel or leave

Canceling your plan does not end your agreement or delete your data. Your account first goes dormant, with everything kept. Your data is exported and deleted only when the agreement ends, and you can ask for deletion at any time.

After you cancel: dormancy

When a cancellation takes effect, your account enters a dormant period of up to 12 months:

• the service is not provided, and no fees accrue;
• your account, configuration, Charter and data are kept, so you can reactivate without loss;
• your dashboards and your Privacy screen stay readable.

Razviel does not keep the credentials of your connected accounts while the account is dormant, so you may need to reconnect them when you come back. See Reactivate your account.

When the agreement ends

The agreement ends at the earliest of:

• the end of the dormant period without reactivation;
• your written request to close your account or delete your data;
• a termination by you or by Razviel under the Services Agreement.

From that date, your data is available for export for 30 days. After that, it is deleted or de-identified.

Export your data

The export is a copy of your raw data, which you request from Razviel by email at support@razviel.com. Reports such as the Ledger and the Executive Deck are read inside your dashboard and are not part of the export.

If you uninstall or disconnect your store

Data Razviel obtained through a commerce platform integration, such as your Shopify store, is deleted within 30 days of uninstalling or disconnecting that integration. This applies at any time, including while your account is dormant. Your store stays linked to your workspace: disconnecting never moves it to another one.

Ask for deletion

You can instruct Razviel to delete your data at any time, including during dormancy, without waiting for the dormant period to end. On your written request, Razviel gives you a written certification of the deletion within 30 days of completing it. The certification says what was deleted and when, and names anything kept and the reason.

Some records can be kept after a deletion, where the Data Processing Addendum allows it: for example, records the law requires, or de-identified and aggregated data. The certification names them.
