Delete your account

You can ask to delete your Razviel account from your Profile. Deletion starts a 30-day cooling period, during which you can cancel it at any time. When the 30 days pass, your account is closed for good.

Before you can ask

Three conditions must be met, and Delete your account shows each one:

• No active brand. If you serve a brand, end your engagement first. See Leave a brand.
• No pending payout.
• No scheduled module.

You are never asked for a reason.

Ask to delete your account

1. Open your Profile from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar, and go to Security.
2. In Delete your account, check the conditions and read what deletion does.
3. Select Send code to receive a verification code by email.
4. Enter your password and the code, and confirm.

The 30-day cooling period

• You can cancel at any time. A banner shows the deletion date and the days left. Select Cancel deletion in your Profile, and your account returns to where it was. To serve a brand again, you certify on it again.
• Your access is frozen. You keep your Overview, Settings, Support and, if you have worked before, Earnings. The other tabs are closed.
• Your payouts continue on the normal cycle.

Your request also serves as notice that you are ending the Master Agreement. Its 14-day notice runs inside the 30 days.

After the 30 days

• Your account is closed. You can no longer sign in to the dashboard.
• Your personal data is deleted, including your recordings and your photo. Only two kinds of records are kept, each for its own required period: tax and accounting records, and the records that prevent fraud.
• Your work on brands' tickets stays, with your identity removed. The records belong to the brands, and your name is no longer attached to them.
• Your XP ends with the account.
