Data Razviel processes for you
Razviel processes your customers' data on your behalf, to run your support. Your brand is the controller of that data, and Razviel is your service provider and processor: it processes only on your instructions. The Privacy screen of each workspace shows what is processed, for how long, and by whom.
Open the Privacy screen
Open the account menu and choose Privacy in the Workspace section. The first tab, Data we process, is the view of your workspace described below. Every role in the workspace can open it, and it stays available while your account is paused.
The kinds of data
What Razviel processes for you is limited to what your support needs:
- Identifiers — your customer's name, email and, where the channel carries it, phone number.
- Commercial information — order numbers, contents and status, tracking references, refund and credit history.
- Support content — ticket text, chat and email transcripts, and the attachments and images your customer sends.
- Derived attributes — your customer's segment, lifetime value band, and purchase recency and frequency.
- Technical data — session identifiers, timestamps, channel, locale and the IP address of a chat session.
The account data of your own team members — their sign-in, role and security settings — is handled separately, under Razviel's Privacy Policy.
How long each kind is kept
The Data classes block lists each kind of data with its retention, read from Razviel's retention policy. While you are a customer, your tickets are kept for as long as you use Razviel. What happens after a cancellation or at the end of the agreement is explained in Your data after you cancel or leave.
Subprocessors
The Subprocessors block lists the providers that process data for you, with what each one does and where. The list is the one published in the Data Processing Addendum.
- Human Nodes are listed as a category, not by name: independent service providers under contract with Razviel.
- Your own platforms are not subprocessors. Your Shopify store and your Gorgias helpdesk are your own systems, which Razviel accesses on your behalf.
- Changes come with notice. Razviel gives at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. When a change is pending, the block shows it with its date and an Object button.
What else the screen shows
- Consent signal — the consent decisions your store records for your customers, which Razviel reads and honors.
- How decisions are made — what the AI resolves alone, what goes through the Policy Gate, and what goes to a person.
- Your rights — how to exercise them, and the contact legal@razviel.com.
- Security notices — the security incidents you were notified about, with the date you acknowledged each one.
- Download DPIA pack — for the owner and Admins, the information Razviel fills in for your data protection impact assessment.
