The Fleet

Fleet shows everyone who serves your customers: Razviel's AI agents, the Human Nodes on your brand, and your own team's agents from your helpdesk. It answers who is serving your customers now, from which side, and how well. It is where you open each agent's brief and, for a Human Node, find the controls you have over them.

Open Fleet

Select Fleet in the sidebar of your dashboard. At the top, the team status tells you the state of your coverage. Below it:

  • The owner filter. Choose All, Razviel or Brand to see everyone, only the agents Razviel provides, or only your own team.
  • The period. Choose the time range. Agents with no tickets in that range are hidden.
  • Ask Razviel about your team. Type a question about your team in plain language.

The three groups

The screen is laid out in pages, in three groups:

  • AI Cast. The six AI agents who answer for your brand, each with a name and a shift, plus a combined view of the six. See Cast.
  • Human Nodes. The Human Nodes Razviel provides for your brand.
  • Your brand's agents. Your own team's agents and AI, as they appear in your helpdesk.

Each card shows who the agent is and three figures: tickets, response time and SLA.

Cards that are not open yet

Some cards show a moment rather than an agent:

  • Joining your team. A Human Node is being provisioned for your brand.
  • Syncing. Your own team's history is being brought in from your helpdesk.
  • Reserved. A position in your plan that no one fills yet. It never shows an invented name.
  • Paused. While your account is frozen, the cards keep their figures but do not open.

The Joining your team, Syncing and Reserved cards cannot be opened: there is nothing to inspect until the agent is there.

The brief

Select a card to open the agent's brief: Human Node Brief or AI Agent Brief. It has four sections:

  1. Identity. For a Human Node, their name, their photo and the video pitch they recorded for your brand. You never see a Human Node's contact details, level or pay.
  2. Performance. The agent's cards for the selected period. Select a card to open its details, and select a figure to see the tickets behind it. See From a number to the ticket.
  3. Background & Expertise. The agent's background and areas of expertise.
  4. Routing & Access. For a Human Node, the four controls. For an AI agent, the two AI controls. Your own team's agents have no controls here.

The controls are described in Pause, remove or swap a Human Node and Pause or interrupt the AI.

FAQ

Why can't I control my own team's agents in Fleet?

Because Razviel does not govern your team. Fleet shows your agents so you see your whole support in one place.

Can I see what a Human Node earns?

No. Fleet shows coverage and performance, never a Human Node's level or pay.
