Correct a response
When the AI handles a case in the Simulator differently from how you would, you can fix it on the spot. You go straight to the screen that made that part of the answer, change it there, and watch the conversation again with your change.
Mark a response
- Open a case in the Simulator and watch the conversation. See The Simulator.
- At the end, Razviel asks Is this how your store would handle it?
- Click Right if it is. Nothing is sent, and nothing changes.
- Click Something's off if it is not, and choose what was off.
Choose what was off
Each choice opens the screen that decides that part of the answer, already in edit mode, at the exact place of this case.
The decision
The action the AI took, or the amount it offered. It opens Policy Gate on the rule for this case, customer group and action, with its number ready to change.
The facts
What the AI said your store does. It opens Charter in edit mode, with the section for this case highlighted. You can change the text of the rule and its numbers.
The tone
How the AI said it. It opens Voice with this case selected, so you can see and change how the reply sounds.
Go back to the conversation
The conversation stays where you left it. Click Back to the conversation, close the screen, or press Escape to return to it.
If you saved a change, click Replay with it to watch the same case again under your change.
Where the change goes
A change is saved on the screen you made it in: your Charter, your Policy Gate or your Voice. It is not a separate list of Simulator rules. From then on it is part of what the AI follows, in Preview and with your real customers.
A change to the facts or the decision changes what the AI does in that case. A change to the tone changes only how it sounds: the facts, the numbers and the decision stay the same.
FAQ
Does a correction in the Simulator affect real tickets?

Can I undo a change?
