The Master Agreement

The Master Agreement is the contract between you and Razviel. You accept it on the Contracts card of Settings, and it sets out how you supply services through the platform, how you are paid and what each side can do.

Accept the agreement

1. In Settings, open the Contracts card.
2. Read the agreement and its Annex A, on confidentiality and data protection. The links to both are on the card.
3. Check the box, which starts unchecked, and confirm. You cannot submit until the box is checked.

Razviel records your account, IP address, the time, the version of the document and a hash of the accepted text. That record is the evidence of acceptance. The agreement is available in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and the English version controls.

The contract card cannot be edited after you submit it, and a signed agreement does not expire.

What it sets out

• An independent business. You supply services as an independent business, on your own account and with your own means. The agreement creates no employment relationship with Razviel.
• No exclusivity. You are free to serve other clients, at any time, in any market.
• Substitution. You may designate a substitute certified on the brand to perform a confirmed module. The substitute works under their own login, never yours.
• Modules by opt-in. Each module is offered, and you confirm or decline it. Only a confirmed module creates an obligation. You can decline, or release a confirmed module, at least 48 hours before it starts, at no cost. Razviel does not guarantee any number of modules.
• Pay per completed module. You are paid a fee for each completed module, settled weekly. Payment is made when the gross amount is credited to your payout account.
• A brand's trial. You are never on trial. A brand may be, and then the modules you deliver for it are paid when it converts. See Serving a brand in trial.
• Your taxes. You handle your own taxes and supply a Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E before the first payment.
• Your means. You supply your own equipment and connection. See What you need.
• Confidentiality. Annex A governs the brands' customer data: you handle it only inside the Console, and never copy it or take it outside.
• Non-circumvention, not a non-compete. For 12 months after your last module for a brand, you will not directly solicit that brand to buy substantially similar services outside Razviel. Nothing else restricts your activity.
• Ending the engagement. Either side can end the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Suspending or deactivating your access is an access measure, not a penalty, and does not affect amounts you already earned.

When the agreement changes

A material change needs your active re-acceptance. You are notified and given a reasonable period, about 30 days, to accept the new version.
