Add your tracking and returns portals

Two of the four integrations in Core Stack are links: Tracking Portal and Returns Portal. Both are required. You paste the address of each page, with no password, no key and no app to install.

Add the links

1. Open Settings from the account menu of your dashboard.
2. In Core Stack, open Tracking Portal and paste the address of the page where your customers track an order.
3. Open Returns Portal and paste the address of the page where your customers start a return.

Each one counts toward the four integrations that unlock the AI setup.

Where tracking information comes from

Razviel answers "where is my order?" from the live fulfillment status of the order in Shopify. It does not send the customer to check a page, and it does not read your tracking portal.

Your tracking page tells Razviel which tracking app you use, so the AI can guide a customer there when it helps.

How the returns portal is used

Returns, exchanges, return labels and return approvals all happen in your returns portal. The AI uses its link when it handles these requests: it guides the customer there, with directions or the link, and never approves a return, creates a label or processes an exchange itself. When a request falls outside your policy — a return asked for after your return window, for example — the AI says it is not possible and can point the customer to the options that do exist, such as your portal. Why links and not connections

Razviel connects two services by their API: Shopify and Gorgias. Your tracking and returns tools stay where they are, and Razviel refers customers to them by link. Other portals you use — for subscriptions, loyalty, warranties and more — are added in the matching Aria Skill. See Aria Skills.

Returns and tracking are the two required flows. Every other flow is optional, and not having one is a normal setting.
