Your profile and password

Your profile is a window that opens over the screen you are on. It has two tabs: Profile, for your name, photo and email, and Security, for your password. Open it with Profile in the account menu; closing it returns you to the screen you were on.

Change your name or photo

1. Open Profile from the account menu.
2. On the Profile tab, edit Display Name, then select Save Changes.
3. To change your photo, select your avatar and choose an image.

Role shows your role in the current workspace, and the company shown is the name of that workspace. Neither is changed here.

Change your email

Your email is the address you sign in with and the one that receives your sign-in codes, so it changes in two verified steps:

1. Next to Email Address, select Change.
2. Enter the new address and your password. Razviel sends a code to the new address and a notice to the old one.
3. Enter the code.

Your email changes only after the code is confirmed.

Change your password

1. Open the Security tab of your profile.
2. Enter your current password, then the new one twice.
3. Select Update Password.

A strength meter shows how strong the new password is as you type. The Password row of the Security screen opens this same tab. See Sign in and security.

Sign out

Select Log Out in your profile to sign out of the dashboard.
