Monthly payouts

Payable Commissions are paid once a month, in arrears. The period closes at the end of the calendar month and is paid by the 5th day of the following month, once your payable balance reaches the minimum payout of US$200.

The monthly cycle

1. During the month, Commissions accrue on the payments your Referred Customers make.
2. Each Commission becomes payable once its maturation period of 60 days from receipt of the payment has passed.
3. At the end of the calendar month, the period closes. Your payable balance is what has become payable, net of any reversal already processed.
4. The balance is paid by the 5th day of the following month, to your payout account.

All Commissions are calculated, stated and paid in U.S. dollars.

The minimum payout

A payout is made only when your payable balance reaches US$200. Below that, the balance carries forward to the next period and is not lost. The minimum decides when you are paid, not whether.

What has to be in place first

No payout is released until you have:

• accepted the Affiliate Program Agreement;
• an active payout account; see Your payout account;
• supplied your tax documentation, and had it approved; see Your own business and taxes.

When a payment is made

A payout counts as paid when the amount is credited to your payout account. What happens after that credit, including withdrawal, conversion costs and your own bank's timing, is on your side.

If a payout fails, the amount returns to your payable balance and is included in the next period. A failed attempt does not consume the Commission.

Deductions

If a payment behind a Commission you were already paid is later refunded, reversed or charged back, the corresponding amount is deducted from your next payouts until it is offset.

Questions about a payout

Your balances and Commission records are in Affiliate Program. Raise any question about a Commission or a payout within 60 days of the statement or payout it concerns. After that, the record is final.
