The free trial

Your brand's free trial lasts 14 days, and you pay nothing during it. The trial starts when your first Human Node arrives on your brand, not when you subscribe, so no trial day is spent waiting for your team.

Who gets a trial

Live trials are by application. A store on Shopify Plus, the only Shopify plan Razviel accepts, can apply for one; development stores do not get a trial.

The trial belongs to the store. A store on which any invoice has been paid never gets another free trial; a store whose trial ended without converting can take another one 60 days after the first ended, and can start on a paid plan at any time before that. The rules are set out in Trials per store.

Start the trial

1. Finish your setup in Settings: integrations, AI setup with Aria and traffic allocation.
2. On the plan card, choose Start Free Trial. The first time, this opens the trial application: choose Apply for the trial. When Razviel accepts it, you receive an email, and Start Free Trial takes you on.
3. Enter your card.
4. Your account shows Provisioning while your Human Node is prepared and certified on your brand.

Entering your card does not start the trial and charges nothing. The trial counts from the day your first Human Node becomes operational on your brand.

What the trial includes

• The Core plan. A trial always runs on Core: 7,000 AI resolutions and 1 Human Node. Custom capacity opens once your first invoice is paid.
• The full operation. The AI answers your customers, your Human Node serves your brand, and your dashboards fill with real data.
• A counter. Your account shows Trial Day X of 14.

How the trial converts

In the last two days, your account shows two actions: Continue and Cancel plan. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it converts into a paid subscription to your plan. Conversion happens when the first invoice is paid: the first successful charge of your card. You can update your card at any time during the trial. See Billing cycle, invoices and payment method.

Disconnecting during the trial

Once the trial has started, disconnecting a required integration pauses the trial, because Razviel cannot operate without it. You have 2 hours to reconnect, and the trial resumes where it stopped. After those 2 hours, reconnecting the same store within 14 days goes through a review before Razviel resumes. Your Human Node is held for your store for 5 days from the disconnection, the same window a failed payment has, and returns to the Pool at the end of it. Time spent paused is not added to your trial.
