What a brand can do

A brand has four controls over each Human Node who serves it, in the Fleet screen of its dashboard. They govern your work for that brand only. You are notified each time a brand uses one of them.

The four controls

Pause new tickets

No new tickets are routed to you. You keep the tickets you already have and finish them. Nothing in progress is interrupted.

Pause your Console access

You are disconnected from the Console right away, even with tickets open. Your customers are told the specialist is unavailable and are connected to another Human Node, or to the brand's own team if no one is available.

The brand can always turn your access back on:

  • if no one has taken over your module yet, you return to it;
  • if another Human Node has already taken it, you return from your next module;
  • if no replacement was found, you return to the module, since it is still yours.

End your work on the brand

You leave the Console and the brand at once. Your customers are connected to another specialist, and a replacement is sought. There is no way back to that brand afterward. You return to the Pool, free to choose another brand.

Swap you for another Human Node

A planned handover, with no gap for the brand. A position opens, and a new Human Node certifies on it. Your schedule does not change when the swap is requested: the date the brand asked for is a target, not a commitment. See Swaps and replacements.

What a brand cannot do

  • Remove you from Razviel. A brand decides your relationship with that brand. Only Razviel can suspend platform access. See Suspension and deactivation.
  • Touch what you earned. Every module you completed is paid on the normal cycle, whatever control the brand uses.
  • Leave a mark on your profile. No history of exits is visible to other brands, and no score or level goes down.
  • Need a reason. A brand can end your work on it without stating one. It is the end of a service engagement.

Other things that change your work

These are not controls over you, and they are covered in their own articles:

FAQ

Will I know when a brand uses a control?

Yes. You are notified of what happened: paused, disconnected, removed from the brand, or given an end date after a swap.

If a brand ends my work, can I serve other brands?

Yes. Your platform access is not affected, and the Pool is open to you.
