From trial to first paid invoice

A brand you refer is attributed to you when it subscribes, which can be at the start of its free trial. No Commission accrues during the trial. The first Commission arises on the brand's first paid invoice.

Why the trial accrues nothing

A Commission exists only on money Razviel actually and finally receives from the Referred Customer. A free trial has no paid invoice, so there is nothing for a Commission to be calculated on. Net Revenue Received excludes any trial period, and any period in which no payment is received.

This is the same rule for every payment, not a special rule for trials: no payment received, no Commission.

What you see while the brand is in trial

In Affiliate Program, the Conversion Funnel shows the referred brands that are In Free Trial. A brand in trial is already attributed to you. It simply has not paid yet.

The first paid invoice

When the brand pays its first invoice:

1. A Commission accrues on that payment: 10% of what Razviel actually received, after the referral discount and net of processing fees and taxes.
2. The referral discount applies to that first month only. It lowers what Razviel receives on this payment, and so the Commission on it. Later payments are not affected.
3. The Commission becomes payable after the maturation period of 60 days from receipt of the payment, and is then settled with a monthly payout.

If the brand does not convert

If the trial ends without a paid invoice, no Commission arises. Razviel is not a guarantor of any brand's payment, and a Commission is never paid from funds other than the brand's own payments.

The same holds after the trial: if a payment fails, is refunded, reversed or charged back, no Commission arises on that amount. A payment that failed was never received, so it removes nothing you had.
