What the referred brand receives

A brand that subscribes with your Referral Identifier can receive a discount of up to US$500 off the first month. The discount is Razviel's, and it is separate from your Commission.

The discount

• Up to US$500. The figure is a maximum, not an entitlement. Razviel sets the amount actually granted, and may change, reduce, suspend or withdraw the discount at any time, without notice.
• First month only. It does not recur, and it does not apply to renewals or any later period.
• Set at subscription. The amount is fixed when the subscription is created. A plan change during the first month does not change it.
• Never more than the first month's charge. If the first month costs less, the discount equals that amount, and nothing is carried forward.
• Not a percentage. The discount is a dollar amount with a dollar maximum. It is not a percentage of the subscription, and there is no percentage cap.
• Not combined. It does not stack with any other promotion, coupon, credit or discount. Where a brand would qualify for more than one, only the referral discount applies.
• Once per brand. A Referred Customer is never re-attributed, so the discount arises once, on the subscription where the referral was attributed.

Who pays for it

Razviel grants and funds the discount. It does not come out of your Commission, and you do not grant it.

It does lower what Razviel receives on the first payment, so it lowers the Commission on that payment. Later payments are not affected. The base of the Commission is explained in The Commission rate.

How to describe it

You may say that a brand subscribing through your Referral Identifier receives up to US$500 off the first month. Keep the "up to" every time.

You may not:

• state it as a guaranteed or fixed amount;
• describe it as recurring, or as applying to more than the first month;
• state any figure above the maximum in effect when you say it;
• offer a rebate, discount, coupon or other benefit of your own, funded from your Commission.
