When a brand reduces its plan

A brand can change the number of Human Nodes in its plan. When it reduces that number, the change takes effect at the end of the period the brand already paid for. If you are one of the Human Nodes released, you work normally until then, and everything you earned is paid.

What happens when a brand reduces its plan

  1. Until the end of the paid period, you work normally. The brand paid for that period, and it runs in full. There is no advance notice.
  2. At the end of the period, you are released from the brand, and the Pool is open for you to choose another position.
  3. Your earnings for every module you completed are paid on the normal cycle. A plan change never touches work already done.

Who is released

The choice is impersonal. It is not based on merit, on your grades, or on how recently you joined. A release caused by a smaller plan is not a judgment of your work.

Your release is recorded as caused by the brand's plan change, so it is never confused with a brand ending your work for its own reasons. Your XP and level do not change, and no history of the exit is visible to other brands.

When a brand increases its plan

When a brand adds Human Nodes to its plan, new positions open in the Pool and follow the usual path: a Human Node chooses the position, certifies on the brand and starts. See The Pool.

FAQ

Will I be told in advance?

No. You work normally until the end of the brand's paid period, and you are released then.

Does it affect my next brand?

No. It is recorded as a plan change, never as a brand ending your work, and no history of exits is visible to other brands.
